It depends where you're coming from.
Me, I was a total newbie, so it helped me with:
- proper grip - it's molded in
- swing plane - they teach stance on the video, the grip is correct, you swing it correctly.
- wrist motion - if you do the other stuff right, there's only one way you can swing (correctly).
Downsides:
- the putter didn't do anything for me, but I was already a decent putter.
- I only got the iron and the putter, not the driver.
- Now, I still occasionally top the ball, because my hip action isn't quite right. That's one thing the momentus doesn't reinforce, you have to work on it yourself.
In summary:
- My shots are always straight down the middle - even if it's a 50 yard worm burner, it's straight.
- I still keep it in my bag and warm up with it before every round. If I start to hit poorly, I'll grab it and swing for a few minutes while the other guys tee off.
- You still need practice, you still need to play rounds and not just hit buckets, you will still benefit from coaching etc. But on balance, it helped me.

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.
You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

Swing training gadgets rarely work as intended. Usually, they cause several more problems in your swing, and often make existing problems worse. If you want to improve your game, take lessons with a qualified golf instructor and don't waste your money on swing aids.

not really. it is designed to build up your muscle memory using a heavier weight club. practice is the only thing that will produce muscle memory. what the momentus does is temporarily strengthen your muscles so that when you swing, you barely feel the club at all and can focus on your fundamentals rather than speed. much like hoe baseball players put weights on their bats in the batter's circle to speed up their swing. doesn't really work as it is intended to do. save your money.

it isn't any longer undesirable for you, it is only ment if you workout consultation a lot. it isn't any longer meant to be inebriated in case you're only relaxing staring at television, it is meant for people understanding. So the point is, it is only undesirable in case you drink it even as doing no longer some thing. yet in addition they made a sparkling kind of gatorade talked about as G2, that is gatorade with 0.5 the energy. that is nice tasting, and doubtless extra proper for then you commonplace gatorade
