Does the older woman like you? If so, who cares the age different. Most guys like it to go out with an older girl. Plus, why do you need suggestions here. I think you already know the answer to this.

any older woman who wants a 14 year old is probably deeply mentaly disterbed so save yourself a lot a greif and hang with the kids your own age until yu are 18 then you can date all the older women you want.
