The employer, and noone else.

That's a pretty easy question. There;'s really no question in fact. The low skill Americans every time. As for the undocumented workers, that's just a nice way of saying an illegal alien. they really have no way to demand rights or even to make sure that they'll be payed. They're here illegally. They don't have same rights the Americans do. They may be better workers but in the end, the Americans will win- simply because they're here legally. say an illegal immigrant gets injured working on the job. He won't get health benefits and chances are he/she doesn't have enough money to pay for their medical bills. In fact, the employer is probably using the illegal aliens. However the Americans can sue, health right etc. you've asked so many questions involving illegal aliens. i can't help but wonder why...

The employer wins because the costs for the undocumented workers are lower.

They are usually always paid cash without Social Security, FICA, Medicare and other costs included, which are necessary for less skilled Americans. Since they are paid smaller amounts, they are usually paid cash so these expenses do not show up in their financial records.

The undocumented workers. They do not pay taxes and yet reap the benefits normally afforded only to American citizens.

They have recently gotten smarter and are exporting their money to Mexico. The dollar may not be worth much here but in Mexico, it can buy you a lot of things. Some mexicans are sending their money back to Mexico and building entire villas which would cost us a fortune to build here.

The undocumented ones. They are better workers not just because sometimes they are afraid, but because life has been hard for them and learned a lot from it. They are smarter. Don't think that just because some of them don't speak English they are dumb.

If you mean ILLEGAL ALIENS as opposed to 'undocumented workers', the employers win. The employers always win.

Who do you THINK wins? If the American worker gets hired instead of the illegal (NOT "undocumented") then the illegal will cry "discrimination". Bunch of damn worthless, maggots.

In all honesty? The employer.

That is why Cesar Chavez was against illegal immigration.

Companies who hire illegals, that's who wins! The losers are, as always, the American tax payers ....
