I think that you have the right to the pursuit of happiness and all the rights that the Constitution of the US has to offer. Your mission is your choice. My question is what is your belief about Christ. If you believe what the bible says about Him you would know that your efforts will be futile. If you don't believe what the bible says about Him, I don't see what the issue is. Does life and liberty equate in your mission dictum? Remember, if you choose to consider that any belief system is a choice. All choices come with positive and or negative consequences. Also many say they are a thing, defined only by their statement not necessarily by any adherence to a particular doctrine of that belief system. For instance, I could say that I am the President of the United States, but that does not make it so. To truly be a Christ follower, an Allah follower, a Buddha follower or whatever is solely determined by the teachings of that belief system. To alter it would be to create something else, a derivative sort of speak. Be careful that you do not become that which is objectionable to you. Hitler said, "It is a wonderful thing that people listen but they do not think". Peace

What happens if you are wrong. You sound exactly like Paul, who changed dramatically, once the scales came off of his eyes.

Follow this logic for a moment. Darwin gave intellectuals a basis to believe in natural, biological creation. Evolution is true, but biological creation of genetic code is an unproven hypothesis. Science will never be able to show how genetic code is created. It is purely a hypothesis, even today.

Worse, this hypothesis has led to godless political philosophies, that have been and are the most oppressive that have ever existed. The Nazi’s were given a scientific justification for ethnic cleansing (Jews), and many nations use this justification today. The godless Marxists eliminate (kill) capitalists and (kill) believers and (kill) anyone else who gets in their way to create a dreary and oppressive society. Open your eyes, would you like to live in Cuba or North Korea, or during Stalin's programs and Mao's revolution. 10's of millions of people suffered and died.

Yes, fanatical believers do exist, and they are as bad as the godless groups. However, the message of God is to love God with all your heart, and love others as you love yourself. Anything less than this is a power play that is not aligned with a creator.
Some people go off message, and that is what is focused on, but the impact is small compared to what godless societies have caused. That is purely the truth.

Philosophically, since God is a creator, he created each of us for a reason. Thus, government should protect each of our individual rights and allow each of us to find our destiny. This aligns with a society that believes in a creator and freedom of religion.

I deeply fear Godless societies. Government should respect the free expression of religion of all people and all communities. Belief in a creator is vital to the health of a society.

Here is my test for you: when you have a child, just look in their eyes and tell them they are a random quirk of nature and in the grand scheme of nature, their life is meaningless. I dare you.

I exist and a creator created me. What about you? Take care my friend!

You do not have the power to blow your own nose let alone lead the sheep of Christ astray. You will end up facing more then you can handle. I think your life goal should be TRUTH and then share that with who you are presented with.
When you get to the place where it isn't working any more the name is J E S U S.
Peace!

I lived away from Christ for almost 20 years, and they were the worst of my life. I am happy to be back in HIS arms, so I think I'll pass. Have a nice day!

Do you believe you are special? Are you unique like a New Day? Do you have something new to offer humanity? Is this really the mission you wish to execute? Wouldn't you rather do something cool? Are your beliefs so great, are do you have any beleifs? Is your value system flipped upsidedown? Are you the child of an alcoholic or drug addict. Try al-anon

The problem here is - you have to provide proof of ownership. Assuming you claim to be Satan (who holds temporary title to sinful mankind) - Jesus filed injunction (so to speak) and these slaves who wish for true freedom from the slavery of sin (which ends in death), all who come to him willingly have the title reassigned to God, who is the giver of life eternal.

Jesus paid a steep price with his very life to buy back ownership for his Father. When a sinner comes to God through Christ Jesus - they become free men indeed! Freedom to think and reason whereas the world who belongs to Satan, has to think and act as the world.

Freedom and Life, is in Christ Jesus. Death is in man of himself, and in following Satan.

Now if you are comfortable with your chosen destiny - you can not stand in justification on Judgment day before God and say no one warned you or explained these things to you - because your own life, your very words will serve witness against you.

And you thought only the court of mankind uses your own words against you.

Who assigned you this mission? Have you had any success?

Do you feel good about it? Wouldn't your time be better spent helping at the mission? Distributing food to the poor, reading to the illiterate or teaching them to read. Visiting the sick or elderly?

Then your life mission is a destructive one.
Take a look at why you would feel this way.
And if you have been hurt or misled,, look at God not people.
People are imperfect, God, Christ, is perfect and has perfect love - and that is true!
If you want to use this energy ask God to reveal himself to you, and he will.
God Bless You

I don't care what others believe, I just want people to keep their Christ out of my face.

I don't see what everyone is so upset about. Christians are the ones pushing their beliefs on people, trying to convert everyone. Why can't the athiests and agnostics do the same?

Personally, I think everyone should mind their own damn business. You keep your religious bullshit to yourself, and I'll do the same with mine.
