First become an agent in paper and try to be in practice will lead to professional. Meet as many as people possible,whether known or un known and face the questions. This will alone teach you insurance. No matter whether you can convince or not.

Check with an agency in your area, they may hire you while you study and test for your license. They may also pay for training and testing.
