How did the devil influence society or community in their culture ?

Good and evil exist. Think: do bugs and rats and rust and dust and dirt and virus's etc. exist. How do you survive in this environment? The best people maintain their house, eat good food, fumigate, and set rat traps.

All I'm saying is that you need to be aware of evil and attack it when it occurs in many of its slippery ways.

Have you ever sat and watched it rain? Listen, seriously! What happened when it rained? The water dropped from the sky in individual droplets. Hitting the ground it combined with other droplets. When there were enough they began to move toward a common goal (downhill). See the droplets as people, when they combine together they become a power full force which has no intelligence as a whole. like the water. It has to be acted on by outside forces. The water is compelled to obey gravity and the contour of the land and this propells the water to whatever destiny it has, whether a river or a lake. The evil forces in the world take advantage of the pools of water )people that have no forces or intelligences directing their movement and give them direction. When a person grows up without instruction or being taught morals and they combine with others of their like they become a powerfull force without direction. Then unless a good force (Shepperd) comes along to direct them properly. They will be vulnerable to any force that happens upon them to capture their power and use it for their own purposes. Just as water can be harnessed to drive turbines in a dam it can also destroy whole countries in a flood.

I think the devil has influenced more than most people realize. I don't know why God doesn't just blow up Hollywood with all of it's illegitimate children and cheating and emphasis on physicality. What happened to morals? Also I think the devil influenced the gay society to rise up together in all of their marches condoning gay rights when it says clearly in the bible that it's a sin of the flesh and immoral. Satan is laughing right now. It's now to a point where thay gay society is blatently saying that it's ok to sin and maybe they believe power in numbers will save them.

The primary way that Satan influences culture in these last days is through the various media outlets he set up to propagate his false gospel such as TBN, and CBN. Through these and other outlets of the household idol alter(TV) he spreads his false gospel, subverts the faith of week Christians, and turns off intellectuals to the truth of God

The reason why Satan is able to influence society is because God allows Satan to be the ruler of the WORLD. And it is Satan's goal to turn everyone from Christ. Thats why to be in the World not of it. Jesus tells us that we as believers are not of this world just was he is not of this world. (John 15:19)
