Come on, just go with her and apologize... If she doesnt want to accept, then forget the episode, but really is not a good behavior to siad things like that to people, even if that is true (sometimes is better to lie to make people feel good)

make it up to her by bringing by a 5 gallon bucket filled with all her favorite foods all mixed togeher.

I think its fine if youre fat you know it especially if youre morbidly obese, that is a biggin. From now on stay away from talking to peeps about their outward appearance
you should act like you don't even know her, like you just met her and she is insane for talking to you like she knows you because you have no idea who she is.
Don't feel bad,I was having a garage sale and my father asked a woman how far along her pregancy was because we have some baby clothes. she looked at him through clentched teeth and said "Im not pregnant"

It's a problem if she's a sensitive person. It's not a problem if u said that to someone who took that as normal. Just 1 word. APOLOGIZE! Gosh even if she's fat, why can't u just accept her? Or help her losing weight if that's really a problem with u.

Hey, it's her fault she got that way. Everyones too sensitive. People tell me I'm fat all the time. It's unhealthy. I'm finally doing something about it, but if everyone just accepted that I was fat, I probably wouldn't be doing anything to get healthier. I'm on the Atkin's diet. I've been on it just over a month and lost 20 lbs. Tell her you're sorry if you hurt her feelings, but you're just worried about her health. ;)

Unless you're a nutritionalist by profession, you may as well move out of the neighborhood if you want to live near people who like you.
Maybe you could try to apologize by giving her an exer-cycle... or not.

You have done a right thing with good intention . She did not understand you properly. Whether she is upset by her own appearance after you have told her the fact. Women are more conscious about their appearance.
