The State of Chihuahua.
Lots of California replies, but if that's really the case I can only ask: Why have American citizens been fleeing by the millions since the early 90s? Why does the state have such a huge budget deficit? And why have the schools - once the gem of the nation - gone down the tubes? (They were second to last on the national tests in science (the NAEP) for both 8th and 12th grades.

To some degree all states have benefited to some extent but they have also paid the price as well by having to provide education and medical care for them and not reap benefits nationally from taxes being paid by what they earn. An undocumented laborer pays no Taxes to the government and in most cases are employed illegally either by giving a false social security number which the person that owns that number suffers for or by no tax being able to be earned by the government which we all pay for in the long run..

No particular state. Anyone who eats benefits from the lower cost of fruit, veggies, and now I saw on the news that they work in meat cutting plants.
Someone, with a higher education than I, should figure out what our food would cost if higher wages were paid to legals, against what it is costing us in the way of humanitarian aid and schooling to illegals. Personally, I'd rather pay a little more for food than the millions or billions we are paying in taxes to provide medical care and schooling to illegals. The Mexicans come from an oil-rich country to look for jobs and better living conditions??? Explain that to me?

Its not a state that benefits instead it is big business that benefiting. They see the Mexicans as modern slave labor. an example is Tyson chicken, They where recently sighted for having 60% of their work force as illegal aliens. They were laying off Americans that had an average wage of 12.00 dollars an hour and hiring Mexicans for 4.00 dollars an hour. Illegals are not just taking the jobs no one else wants they are taking the good ones too. I blame companies like Tyson chicken.

All states have made use of the low wage immigrant workers. Think of all the agriculture, resturant, landscaping, construction, and janitorial jobs. No state has not benefited in a great way. Americans like leisure and progress, someone has to do the work.

Define benefitted - the 60 hospitals that closed because of illegals in California, or the 10 billion plus taxpayers have to pay on top of what illegals put into the system?
I say if they want Cali let them have it then we'll just nuke the whold state.

There can be a few different answers, due to the fact that immigrants(UW's) normally don't congregate unless there's others of their type. For example, Chicago has the highest population of Mexican, Polish, and African-American undockumented workers from the last poll. However Texas has the highest "per-capita" of Mexican(or general hispanic, not just Mexican) UW's.
