I believe this "question" results from an answer I posted a few minutes ago.

Nope -- I'm not out of my mind. Read the Book of Romans. Here's a taste:

Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Romans 4:1 What then shall we say that Abraham our father has found according to the flesh? 2 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.

The point is, if we WORKED for our Salvation, it would be DUE to us (like wages). If our Salvation came to us by God's grace ALONE due to our belief, it is a GIFT. As sinners, we are undeserving of God's Grace, yet He gives it to us because of His Son.

The passages you quote have nothing to do with grace; they pertain to Jesus' promise that His Bride, the Church, will always be with Him.

Yes, people are out of their minds if they don't see what a great deal is being offered. And they'll kick themselves for all eternity once they do see it...when it's too late.

The Lord's day is not in our time measurements, which is based on the rotation of the earth. We don't know how His time is measured, or if it is even measured.

The mansions have to do with the New Jerusalem, the City of God which descends from His realm to the earth.

We can never deserve this Gift, what we deserve...according the the standards of holiness in the realm of Light...is death, and eternal separation from a Being of such Light. In His compassion He gives us His Light for our clothing, His Spirit for our Life, so that we will be able to dwell in the Realm of Light. Otherwise, it would be an impossibility.

Ephesians 2:8 says, For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Grace is a gift of God and mercy is an undeserved pardon.
When a policeman stops you and gives you a ticket for speeding and the judge tears it up, that is an undeserved pardon.
When a judge takes that same speeding ticket and says it has already been paid, that is Grace.

I hear the Savior say: "Thy strength indeed is small,
Child of weakness, watch and pray; Find in Me thine all in all."
Jesus paid it all; All to Him I owe.
Sin had left a crimson stain; He washed it white as snow.

JWs will us Mathew 10:11-12 that is misapplication. Verse 11 Jesus is declaring that finished time ministers might want to no longer be ashamed to take pay. Verse 12 is about staying in an part of living of someone it is it 'installation" or "acceptable". Neither of the verses might want to do with Grace or works. The Watch Tower seems to intend that it isn't the "finished" international yet who they choose benefits grace. it seems that that the JWs are quite busy interior the judging branch with cult controls. habit administration - many rules - damage those and also you be disfellowshipped, avoided and die in Armageddon. tips administration - only the Watch Tower tells the reality - through way of following the organization you is only no longer disfellowshipped, avoided and die in Armageddon. _______ The Phillipians financial ruin 2 verse 12 gives you an expertise of who Paul is writing: Paul is refering to "works" that were done with concern and trembling as changed into below the old covenant by using which someone's' action's can be a overlaying for rot interior. Paul keeps interior the subsequent verses explaining "born again" that that is by using God's grace the favor and works are replaced: Philippians 2: 13 "For that is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good exhilaration" concern and trembling and under no circumstances the launch of Grace is precisely how the WT needs their followers to exist.

We are saved by grace, through faith, and that not of ourselves. It is a gift of God, not by any works we can do, so that nobody can boast.

We ALL deserve the penalty of death, because we have all broken God's Laws. Jesus didn't want us to perish, so He voluntarily came and took our place by dying on the cross, making salvation possible.

But nowhere does the Bible say that one day with God is like 1,000 years on earth without Him. I don't know where you got that, but it's NOT from the Bible, so you can just forget it.

Oh no, the Grace argument. Don't you think it's weird that these types of words, something we normally use in our lang anyway, suddenly have different meanings for them? I mean, they have to write their own dictionary in order for anyone to understand what they mean by words that we already have def's for.

Grace period.... when paying bills, you normally get a 10 day grace period from the due date (can you tell I'm in accounting?). This does not mean you don't have to pay the bill... it means you get a little extra time to PAY UP. No one else pays that bill for you just because you have a grace period.

And it's hardly undeserving... if God would have just left that damn tree out of the garden, none of this would have happened... ^_^

You've had too much bible again. Put it down before parts of your brain try to evacuate through your nose and ears.
I personally think that, if god is real, he wanted to create people with free will to begin with, so anything we "decide" to do is ultimately his fault, and he should accept everyone the way we are, because that's how he wanted us to be, or it would not be so. Our human diversity as well as adversity is probably just for his entertainment anyways, again IF he even exists, which you know I really don't believe anymore.

We do not know all options in our life and that is why we are so willing to settle for less here on earth...many thinks that less is more, but they do not know what is "God's more"..and when we do not let our Lord to lead us...we are cutting our graces short. God is merciful. We do not deserve His grace. It is a precious gift, we just need to claim it. And as we need to say "No" to many desirable things by many here while on earth...We will get our mansions in heaven. My redeemer lives!

The grace that is spoken of is Jesus dying for our sins and paying for them with His life, so we would never have to pay for our sins ourselves. Jesus paid the price, the randsom for our sins, and He was with out sin. That makes us underving of that grace.

The moment you start beliveing that you are deserving of anything that God has for you, you are in big trouble with Him.
We are to always remain humble to God and to Jesus and always know that we are not deserving of the gifts they bestoe us, but are grateful for them.

Even the centron knew the power and glory of the Lord and he himself knew himself not worthy before the Lord.

Matthew 8:8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

You always need to know your place with the Lord. There is no way we could every repay the Lord for Him giving up His life for our sins. We are not worthy of such a sacrifice, becasue we are all sinners, but it was through Grace and His love that He layed down His life for our sins.

From the perspective of us humans who are prone to sin, grace is undeserved. WITHOUT Christ, we are bound for hell. Before accepting Christ as savior, we're not good enough or holy enough for him. That's what is so AWESOME about God! He loves us enough to have Christ's death and resurrection save us!
