my ex was not a nice fella, he ws very demanding and controlling, jealous and had the worst temper ever. but apart from that i am convinced he loved me but yet i never loved him. we broke up after one particularly bad argument where he wouldnt let me talk to his mate because he was a boy, he then went on to throw chairs, and punch the tables and walls etc so i got pretty scared and thought to myself that i ddint have to put myself through this. we stayed friends for a while after we broke up but it just wasnt working out, i met a nice new fella but my ex ruined it by "warning" this guy about me, he told a lot of lies. i decided friends wouldnt work so i stopped talking to him. now he wont leave me alone, he rings my best mates and talks for hours and hours about how i wont be his mate when i tried and tried and tried, but it just woudlnt work. i just want him outa my life. i dont know what to do

Sounds extreme but you could report him to the police for abuse although he may not have hit you he still acted threatenly.
One visit from them might do the job

Ana is the same guy you talked about the other day..you must do something about this situation or he will ruin your life. Is he the stalker one? Then report him to police, your ex feels so macho to botter a woman but let's see what he does when he is infront a man who is an authority too.

dont think about tat fellow and waste ur time.he is doing all dis 2 irritate u he just wants u 2 come back into his life so stop thinking abt him and behave as if nothing had happend and dont talk wth him.iam saying u all dis bcz i hv faced all dis. i know how ur feeling rite now.stop thinking abt him

I have two words for you: Restraining order.
You're somehow going to have to get through to this guy, it sounds like he is going to sabotage any happiness you try to acquire.
There are nice guys out there, they are rare, but I've seen them :) And you deserve one.
