Why don't you make a card yourself. That will be sweet. I made a card for my bf once for father's day and he doesnt even have any kids, but he loved it! You can come up with a design, cut paste pictures, draw whatever. I mean no sense spending big money it's only 5 months and you wouldn't want to regret getting something big later on if something happens and you break up.

Spending a little time with your partner is THE best thing you can give to him. You're right, it doesn't have to be sex, you guys could go to the movies, or go to a restaurant and things of that nature. You don't even have to go anywhere. You could have a candle light bath with him drinking champagne and cuddling, you could give one another massages in bed listening to slow music playing in the background along with incense and candles. Or you could keep it simple and rent a romantic movie with some popcorn with some drinks and spend the rest of the night satisfying each other.

Give me a break, why would you even think about getting him a gift for a 5 month anniversary, or even think about celebrating something that insignificant. It's 5 months not 5 years. GROW UP!!!!

Hmmmmm.... the five month anniversary? Get him a solid fuel model rocket. ($20 complete on the net or a local boyz toyz store) Take it up on a hill with a picnic basket and blanket. Shoot it off after you eat, then chase it as it parachutes back to Earth !!!
(man! he's good!)

My dear, you've given him the most precious of your gifts - and for free!!! That's a shame. Walk on the beach may be appropriate, depending on where you live - or go to a carnival, there are plenty of those around these days, or just a nice picnic... Depends on where you live. I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Dear please do not do anything because five months are too short for any person to understand well.Let your friendship continue and you will understand him gradually - let there be one year and then start of celebrating ?

Make some fantasy of his come true. If you don't know what it is, ask him, he'll be thrilled to tell you.
