We should not judge, but that does not mean that we should allow certain things, even if it is popular by the world

Yes, there are a lot of divorces.
This couple has not divorced yet, they are separated...only couple of short years after the marriage..and they have a child...

I would not want to say that gay marriages should hold higher standards than hetero marriage...I would rather hold the marriage as the higher standard itself and not to let gay people to be married...God knows our hearts, I do not judge, I will leave it to my Lord...I would not have so much against some short of legal arraingement for gay people, something not called as a marriage.
To me marriage is the union between one man and one woman. If it is something different, give it different name.
I have a lot of gay friends, and no one of them would not want to be married...
And I have a lot of hetero friends that they do not want to get married...some of them again...
And some of my friends do not want to stay married or like it..
Marriage is not the easy thing to anybody, but somehow I want to protect the concept of marriage as between one man and one woman...even if we hetero sexuals are not holding the marriage as high and the right way as we should...

So, are you saying that if gay marriage, or civil unions are allowed, they have to be held to a higher standard of marital longevity than the general populace, since we are doing them the favor of allowing them the same freedoms as everyone else? Children, whether from gay or straight families, are going to have to deal with life, whether it's parents that love and respect each other, parents that divorce, or parents that are horrible to each other and stay together. It's not important to a child what their parents do in the bedroom, it's important that there is love and guidance.

I don't think Jesus was for or against homosexuality. I think the uptight scholars who wrote the Bible were against homosexuality.

What does it matter if they've separated or not?! Christian marriages break up every day. The divorce rate is more than 50%!

I don't think Jesus was against homosexuality. He never said that; there is only one small passage about homosexuality in the bible. If it was THAT big of a deal, it should have been one of the 10 commandments. Do we even keep the 10 commandments? No way. Everyone lies and covets.

I used to be a Christian but am not anymore. I'm a married woman but I never felt being gay was wrong, even as a Christian. Never saw what was wrong about two consenting adults sharing love.

commonly the fellow who gave start to the youngster, clone of in instantly relationships. yet that does no longer mean that in instantly or lesbian couples the different individual doesn't get the youngster in a great number of circumstances besides. It relies upon on the challenge for sure. If one individual became a abusive, drug dealing, playing, drunken fool wth no interest and the different became a operating, type, sparkling, to blame figure. Then it doesn't remember who gave start the 2d individual may obviously get the case.

maybe they were stressed out b/c they were under a microscope and people like you were just waiting for them to separate so you can say ""look,, we were right,, gay people don't need to be married b/c they will get divorced"
No matter what kind of couple you are gay or straight, every relationship has it's ups and downs and I can only imagine what the struggles they had to go thru just to be married.
I'm sure someone in your family has gotten divorced,, why aren't you posting about that on here???
And how sacred is marriage today with straight people out there being "swingers" and cheating on their spouses and don't forget the sick pedophiles,,,,, you know most of them are straight married men!!!!!
And the divorce rate ~ Can you explain that?? Us Lesbian and Gays are not messing up you straight peoples marriages!!!!
But wait,, I forgot,,,,,,, the most sacred of Straight Marriages,,, we must remember the BTK killer,,, he was a married DEACON in a church,,,,, yes,, you should be so proud of your SACRED MARRIAGE!~!!!!!!

Jesus said absolutely nothing against homosexuality. In fact, if I read the New Testament correctly, Jesus was all in favor of loving one another and treating each other as you would like to be treated.

So you must be getting your bigotry and hatred from somewhere else. Just don't call yourself a 'christian,' since your actions completely go against your teachings. WWJD?

i dont think jesus was against homosexuality, but what i think some people have against gay marrige is that it doesnt fit the "right" model of a family and are worried the kids would be messed up( whcih is just stupid to think). also, i heard once that if the state says gay marrige is ok, then it would be against seperation of church and state, because its a church thing or something like that. I think all the women against gay marriges are just jelous that hot men dont like them and like men.

so out of 7 couples , one couple broke up ?
i wonder how many of those couples would still be together if they were straight couples because statistics say it would be much more than that
let people love who they love , learn through those relationships and don't judge

If you were to read the Bible thoroughly you would see that it's talking about homosexual PROSTITUTION and not about loving committed relationships.

It just goes to show that they are regular people like everyone else, with the same feelings, dramas and traumas that we all go through.
