Usually not. You can get raw chicken breasts and raw chicken tenders (the small oblong piece that pulls off from the breast), but a chicken breast is too small to effectively be sold in slices.
In the deli, the cooked chicken breasts that you can get sliced (or in the deli meat case, the presliced chicken breasts) are actually several individual chicken breasts that have been formed together into a larger piece of meat. You can only do this with cooked chicken breasts since the binding process requires cooking.

As with most meats, you can have your butcher to slice chicken breasts for you if they dont mind helping, So much comes already processed and packaged now and butchers and becoming harder and harder to find. However, If your favorite supermarket appreciates your bussiness and understands that it's customers (like yourself) are the very reason for the success of the store and will happy to help you in any way they can. I prepare a lot of Japanese dishes and use a lot of Sirloin Roasts as a main entree, of course the roast has to be sliced thinly before cooking. Chicken breasts and Roasts have one thing in common, they both need to be partially frozen before slicing, to prevent shredding the meat. If your local store doesnt mind using partially frozen meats to slice at your desire, you'll find most of them happy to help. Thanks for asking and have a great day. Larry

Why bother? Just slice it yourself and save money. Buy chicken boneless chicken breasts. It's much cheaper.
