Make a gift bag with an artisitic theme: markers, crayons, maybe even a paint set, with construction paper and cool pads of drawing paper & coloring books. Kids always love stamps too.

get him him a remote control car! my brother who is six and eats a lot and loves to watch tv, like you cousin, loved it when I got him one. also get him a litle electric game like tic tac toe. Those are ausome and will get his mind off so much tv!

a toy from his favorite anime or cartoon or some toys with music.because children like toys in that age...:)

My son loved to hear his own voice at that age. I got him a kid's cassette player/recorder. He could listen to music and amsue himself by recording his own voice as well.
