Don't you love your mama (or dad, or grandma, or sibling)? the answer is probably yes...but you are not inlove with your mama (or dad, or grandma, or sibling), right? Well, if you are, you have a real problem. I LOVE my best friend, but I'm not inlove with her. I LOVE my ex-boyfriend, but I'm so far from being inlove with him. You cannot control who you are inlove with, or who you just don't love at all.

There are different kinds of love. For example, you love your mother but are not IN love with her (hopefully). You love your friends, but not in the same way you love your family. You may fall in love with someone, but you don't love that person the same way that you love your parents or friends. Does that make sense?

Love isn't confusing at all. It's that you're confused. Figure out your confusion, then other things begin to get clearer.

It is usually called respect or admire. You can have strong feelings for someone without loving them.
