spirits and ghosts yes .. and i like that you sperate them because they are very different
spirit is the personality that lives on after death of those we love , they can communicate via a medium and give wonderful evidence of life after death
ghost is the energy left behind once someone has gone , this is called residual energy and is just like a recording of what once was , and is what most people would report seeing , ghosts do not communicate as they no longer exist , only the memory does

well got to be something going on, how else does every culture on earth have some kind of word for ghosts, and complicated mythology about it, unless there was something to start it. Sure some cultures could have gotten the idea from others, but not every culture has had contact with another one. So must be something that was the original inspiration right?

I believe that people think they have seen ghosts and I believe that they have seen or heard "something" but not the spirit of a dead person.

Yes I believe in spririts and ghosts. Over my lifetime I have had many encounters with both. It's enlighting to have had these experiences, I've learned a lot .

I do too. I hear them speak to me sometimes. I don't think they are angels though because they just keep telling me to masturbate...but it IS heavenly when i do;)
