It might not be my favorite sandwich and it is not what I am having for lunch, but I had this the other day at a local deli and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm was it GOOD!!!. It was a Turkey Melt Sandwich (ssoooooooooooooooo goooooooooooooood!!!). I loved it. with a side of potato salad, it would have been the PERFECT DINNER!

B.L.T. Tortilla Rolls Recipe
I cut the recipe in half for me and my husband, taste great.
Ingredients:
15 slices Crisp, crumbled bacon
8 ounces pkg. Vegetable cream cheese at room temp
2/3 pound Canadian bacon thinly sliced
3 large Plum tomatoes thinly sliced
1 Ripe avocado sliced thin & lemon juice dipped
18 Spinach leaves
3 Mission Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
Directions:
Place the tortillas on a work surface and spread each with cream cheese. Arrange spinach leaves over 2/3 of the cream cheese leaving the bottom third with cream cheese only. Top spinach with Canadian bacon, plum tomatoes, avocado and crumpled bacon in that order.
Beginning with the end covered with filling, roll the tortilla into a tight roll toward the end covered with cream cheese only. Cut rolls into six 1-inch thick slices for snacks or in halves for lunch.

For my brunch, I had a luscious sandwich made with whole wheat bread, light mayo, sliced leftover baked chicken and fresh tomatoes from the garden. Added a little salt and ground black pepper and a splash of vinegar (the secret). So good, especially the tomatoes. For dessert I had two pieces of extra dark chocolate with almonds, dried blueberries and dried cranberries.
