First you need to think of a domain name. Do you know how to use html or java? if not you need to get in touch with a web designer or a friend who know how to. Then there is the server where you will put your site for the pubic to view it. This will cost about $70USD. for the domain name and the space on the server for one year. It may get more expensive depending on The Server, The Kind of Website you want and the Designer. I wish you luck.
