No you cannot tune to normal fm stations using a satelite. There are a few stations that you can pick up on your regular fm radio that are also broadcast on sirius radio and also on xm radio. If you could get fm from satelite then there would be a big confussion on which station you were actually listening to.for example:where I live, there are two radio stations. One is 97.1 in Houston,Texas that plays classic country and the other is 97.1 in Dallas ,Texas that plays rock music.I am in a location where I receive the signal from the houston station but early in the mornings and late at night,I get a bunch of static and kind of a mixture. The two stations bleed in over each other and you cannot understand none of it.The only way this would be possible is if each radio station in the world had their very own frequency and there are not enough fm frequencies available for this.Xm radio and Sirius radio both offer a satelite network of different stations from around the country that can be received on an satelite compatible radio or some offer a short range fm transmitter that you can set to send the signal to any fm radio ferquency that you choose as long as it is not a strong station on that frequency. With xm and sirius radio, you are still limited to what stations you receive. You may receive a rock station from california or a country station from texas and so on but most of the time they are not going to be your local fm channels you are use to listening to.

If you have a satellite receiver, you can get pleanty of music from the satellite, it won't be a FM signal though, it will be from the satellite. If you want to listen to FM radio, use an FM radio. Your question is not too clear.
