Lindsay Lohan looked the best when she had dark brown hair.

I am also freckled and Light skinned like casper, with blue eyes.
Several colors look good, all the warm blondes, all the strawberry colors, any warm browns, any reds. Don't go past medium brown or you will totally washed out.
I like to go strawberry with highlights in the summer and warm light brown with high lights in the winter. My favrite brand is Loreal Colour Experte in colors 6.3 (warm brown) and 8.3 (golden blonde)

Here’s a funny little poem that I wrote myself about hair color….this NEVER happened, of course. But it’s kind of funny!!
The Colorist:
Natural color….Gosh, it sucks!!
So I buy and dye….I shell out big bucks!
I pace the store isle….Which color to choose??
There’s reds, blondes, blacks…even blues!!
I grab something blonde and I start to go…
then I grab a second box (My hair has grown!)
I get it home and there it sits
till I get in the mood to deal with the sh*t.
Then with disgust I drape on a towel.
Grab the timer and gloves….The time is now!
I slather it on, choking on fumes,
the timer’s ticking like impending doom!
Then I get down on my knees and I pray…
Please, oh God please, let it be okay!!
Then I rinse it all out and blow it all dry.
Oh God…it’s GREEN!!! I’m just gonna die!!

red, auburn or strawberry blonde should look nice but i don't think bleach blonde would work it would make you look lighter compleckted
