You know them as demons bad spirits. Some of the people have these experiences in their lives.

what's happening in this video is this non-Muslim jinn has hunted this person. so the scholar told this Jinn convert to Islam. and the scholar made the jinn pronounce the shahada (the two statement of entering Islam). the scholar did this so the jinn does not hurt this human being and then get out from his body.
there are words in the Quran that can burn devils and jennies.
note: the jinni voice is little bit scary.

Many of the 'mysterious' events of this world are actually encounters with jinn. One famous example is the fortune teller. Islamic traditions tell us that fortune tellers get their information from jinn, and that for every one truth thier are 99 lies mixed in.
