Misspellings usually help. And I've noticed that people tend to shy away from something that sounds technical. So, I guess if the question was about something that sounded technical, but was just absurd enough that no one knew what was going on but not absurd enough for people to notice the fallacy of the question, then perhaps no one would answer the question.
Try this one:"Is XL3175 technically a white dwarf or some other classification?

The level of absurdness would need to excede a level so that no one could feel entirely confident in the quality of their answer. You might try to ask something very obscure using acronyms whenever possible to through a bit of a loop in the mix.

I've wondered that myself. I've read a few questions that, in my opinion, were clearly a joke or BS but the people who answered just didn't get it while I'm sitting here laughing my butt off.

It has to be really offensive to the point where I think that the asker is either really stupid or that they are just pulling my leg pretending to be stupid. In this case I don't take it seriously & believe that it doesn't deserve an answer.
