This is written in internet-speak, the English equivalent of ttyl (talk to you later), lol (laugh out loud), etc

대충썼는데
Wrote this haphazardly

넘 졸려워서
I was too sleepy

머리가 안돌아감낼
brain's not working well

다시 자세히 생각해볼께요
I'll think about it later, in more detail

Hope that helps!

Well . . . according to babelfish it means

"It wrote nearly but.. nem it will become sleepy and we from the head will not go back and attitude thought it will try again it will put out to the bedspread"

See for yourself: http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr

Maybe someone who actually reads and writes Korean will have a different take on it. This translation came from a website with a dynamite but probably fallable program.
