This is my third interview and this is an important one the last one I believe, I was wondering how I should wear my hair.. I have medium length hair with long layers, I curled it today because my hair is naturaly wavy so now its straight and sleek looking, should I wear it down or should I put it up in a ponytail?? what does everyone think.

If this is your 3rd interview, you want to look as professional as possible and ponytails and not very professional looking. Either keep it down but out of your face or put it up in a clip or bun or something.

No pony tail
Either you wear it down and be sure it is out of your face or pin it up. In a nice bun or some type of up due.
But no pony tails

I think its being up is more professional. I would try doing a twist using chop sticks or something like that. A bun seems so harsh.

down=sexy. pony=professional. to me, at least. not a high pony, though. tie it back at the base of your neck. and good luck! hope you get the job!!!
