I have seen a couple pure black boxers and they usually have some complications kinda like pure whites. They have hearing problems, bad eye lid and tear duct problems. Sometimes they get mean. They are a mutation of a brindle (brindle is a mutation of two reds) best euthanized when born. Sometimes whites and pure blacks are born tailess.

Brindled breeds can sometimes be so heavily brindled that they appear black. Technically they are not black, but can look like they are. Usually, if you look very closely, you can see it.

Lachiva - that is a heavily marked BRINDLE, not black. The brindling is even easy to see on that one.
