I have to use "rhythm method(?)" which means I pull out before orgasm, so that I ejaculate outside her body.
What if I orgasm secretly inside her, will she still be able to feel it?
I can be really quiet and act really calm so she will not catch me, I think.

first and formost that is one of the worst things u can do to a woman and yourself have u thought about the consequences if u do, do that secretly. u could get her pregnant! r u ready to be a dad? but the answer to your questiuon is no. we can only hope that they aren't lieing to us. one way she could find out is that once she stands up some does come right back out of her hole so be careful.

Attempting to get a woman pregnant via deception ranks up there with the most heinous things you can do. Even the fact that the two of you are obviously so ignorant that you think the rhythm method is effective doesn't lessen my sympathy for the poor girl in question.

Yeah, most women can feel it but why would you do it if she doesn't want you to? If you use a condom, you should be able to do it. I understand that it might not feel exactly the same but you wouldn't have to pull out. If the reason for pulling out and not doing anything inside is to keep her from getting pregnant, if you aren't using a condom, she can still get pregnant.

Pulling out doesn't prevent anything. Secretly doing something like that would be totally wrong. Get a damn condom! Yes, a woman can feel it! You had better watch what you are doing with your "gun" when it is loaded!

I don't approve of doing anything secretly in a relationship. And I don't think your girlfriend would either.
So, talk to her, tell her what you would like, talk about the method of contraception you will use, and enjoy :)
