Okay lets start w/ a few basics...If you go all in on pocket Aces you just told everyone at the table your a rookie w/ Aces...If you go all in at any point w/ a pair lower than 6's you just lost the hand..(if ur called that is)....The best pocket cards to get is a king or queen w/ a mid range card like 5 - 10 Prefferably suited...W/ a combo like that you wait for the flop...29 percent of the time you get 3 of a kind 36 percent of the time you get a 2 pair...belive it or not those are actually pretty solid hands when playing hold-em....Those huge money pots w/ Straight flushes and full h ouses only happen on TV guys....so yeah a king/queen suited w/ a mid range card is the best starting hand...all technicalities aside...lol

P(AA) = (4/fifty 2)(3/fifty one) * (6 gamers) = 0.027 P(0-hollow connector flopping a instantly) = 0.013 P(turn and river are aces, in case you do not comprehend the different 4 gamers' playing cards) = (2/40 seven)*(a million/40 six) = 0.000925 P(all 3 issues taking position in a unmarried hand) = 0.027 * 0.013 * 0.000925 = a million in 3,079,772 it truly isn't any longer the precise answer, yet on your applications, it is possibly a sturdy sufficient estimation. the precise answer might want to be tedious to calculate, because it might want to favor to aspect in: - each and every of the techniques someone can flop a instantly with fingers except 0-hollow connectors - preflop, the percentages of them getting each and every type of connector (a million-hollow, 2-hollow...), the percentages of having a non-connector, the percentages of having a pair except aces -- the above ought to exclude the straights made utilising aces - the percentages of a instantly getting flopped if numerous human beings see the flop - the mixtures of fingers numerous human beings may have (more effective than one man or woman may have connectors, etc.) also, a a lot less clinical yet nonetheless significant aspect: - the percentages of N form of gamers seeing the flop antagonistic to someone who has AA, it truly is produced from actual right here factors: - how often the man with AA will improve to each and every attainable volume (which include only limping) - the ordinary # gamers seeing flops for X volume at that table

Pocket aces is the obvious one since it is by far the best possible starting hand in poker. However I am rather partial to King Ten under the right circumstances. In a tournament earlier this year I knocked out four people (on separate occasions) with this hand.

Pocket 8's has worked well for me almost everytime. I remember the times when pocket Aces has lost but the 8's havn't really let me down yet and also as far as poker face and bluffing goes it's easier to remain calm than with pocket rockets!

Pocket A-A is the best, and regarding the both way option with A-K: you all ready have a pair in the beginning with A-A, so you don't need too aim for either K-K or A-A... okay you can get flush or straight easier with A-K, but you don't get it that often. It's not worth sacrificing the A-A pair.

A-K suited is nice but my fav. of all time is j-10 suited, even though it is a trap hand i just love it, you can make the straight 5 different ways and it fits in with cards above and below it. And of course aces, but K-Q is another decent hand to draw with..
