I've just gone through exactly the same thing with my girlfriend, she said exactly the same thing and was paranoid i was going off of her.... Couldn't have been further from the truth!!
You need to relax, if he lasts longer than 10 minutes, the chances are he's not going to orgasm in that position, change positions and as it's been suggested clench your pelvis muscles, alternatively allot of foreplay beforehand will speed things up but don't come back and say he is now too quick........

I swear... we all must go through this. When my BF and I started dating, he use to last forever - where I thought he wasn't attracted to me, I was too skinny... blah blah.
