As a pilot you have so many choices where to work, in an airline, be a corporate pilot, charter plane pilot and a miltary pilot. There is also one option be a transporter, transport any goods anywhere, even the goods that you are transporting are illiegal.

contact the major airlines...pilots are being recalled now that airlines are expanding and profitable, and many pilots who are recalled don't want to come back(they've already taken other, more secure jobs)...look to the airlines who you hear are expanding (Southwest, Jet Blue, United, and American come to mind first) and there should be open jobs at those airlines.

Go Regional young Man/Lady. All the boomers are being kicked out at 60. Spend 10K+ to get your 737 type rating and then suck up to whatevr regional carrier or major with rj's.
