Im not really good with words and expressing my thoughts. Today I will be having lunch with my ex girlfriend and im still in love with. Any advice or tips on how to tell her that im still crazy for her and she's all I think about? Also I get emotional around her sometimes, is this bad too?

No getting emotional is not bad. You should have lunch with her and if you feel you cannot tell her face to face call her later on and tell her how you feel on the phone. If you think this is still too difficult email her and let her know but either way you must tell her. She probably has the same feelings for you. You are her ex most girls will not meet with an ex unless they still have feelings for them! I wish you luck!

i think it is not bad to have feelings for ex,but be very careful before you give any idea about yu feel,find out is she is single first, and talk about yur past relationship it first with each other,and ask why it never work out.and if it was yur mistake play if i did know now then game. and if really love her do every thing get her back. a woman loves man that can express his self in words more than gifts. chase after her today

seriously are you willing to take the risk of never talking to her again. Maybe u should just try to be friends. she might have changed.
