If she feels shame about it she probably shouldn't do it. The question is, why does she fell ashamed about it? She should sort that out before she does anything else. It sounds to me like she is Bi, if she wasn't she wouldn't keep doing it. There is nothing wrong with that. Maybe she's not ready for it emotionally.

Unless her beliefs and convictions prohibit such an act,she should not feel ashamed. If she is that "ashamed" about it then it is not for her. She tried it, didn't like how she felt afterword, DONE. if this is something she continues to do regardless of her feeling, then maybe she is being pressured to do it. Bottom line, if she likes it, and it doesn't effect her friend ship with the other girl, good for her. I don't know if that make her bi or not. I enjoy sex with both ladies and men, but only have relationships with men, and i am still not sure how i classify. I don't think it matters anyway.
Sounds like she is probably rather young. If this is the case, maybe sex with men or women should wait.

She's bi. The reason she feels bad and ashamed about it is because she has yet to accept the fact that she is bi.
She shouldn't be ashamed of it.

She shouldnt feel ashamed. Im 22 and ive had my fair share of hook-ups w/ girls, and really its just a sexual thing. I dont consider myself bi, because I dont want to "date" other women, I love men. But for the sexual conquest, it's all about experimenting and seeing what feels good. Tell her to relax, and don't worry about it. A lot more girls are doing this kind of thing than she probably thinks.

Mandi, I think it is not your friend. It is YOU who is curious. It is ok babe. It is normal to do all that. No need to feel ashamed. Just try to go all the way to see if you like it. If you do like it, then you are bi.

She's Bi if she's still into men too, She's lesbian if she just wants women. It's up to her how she feels. If she feels guilty maybe she should stop.

May be she is not sure of her sexual orientation yet. No big deal that I see. Tell her she shouldn't feel ashamed.
