I've read this chapter and it concerns treaties that has been broken.
9:4] If the idol worshipers sign a peace treaty with you, and do not violate it, nor band together with others against you, you shall fulfill your treaty with them until the expiration date. GOD loves the righteous.
[9:5] Once the Sacred Months are past, (and they refuse to make peace) you may kill the idol worshipers when you encounter them, punish them, and resist every move they make. If they repent and observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), you shall let them go. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
I am not a muslim but I'm realy getting irritated by people like him.

My God, Veritas, exactly what I was wondering.
He claims to do it because it annoys Muslims. But could it be that his faith in Christianity is so weak that he has to find faults in other faiths to strengthen his beliefs? You bet it is.
By the way, angering people when they know that you are a Christian will only serve to make them hate Christianity and not convert. You're horrible at "doing God's work". And you deserve to be reported for abuse because you keep misquoting Surah 9, verse 5 to incite arguments. You also say hateful things about millions of people with no real justification. This isn't about freedom of speech. Misleading people with your ignorant words is a delibrate act, and we both know that it is.

He is very ignorant is all. He hates certain Christian groups too, not just Muslims. That is what makes him so ignorant. He professes to be a Christian, and then goes around telling everyone how much better he is than anyone else (with a very hateful attitude)!

So what if people are irritated by him!!! This is a public forum. Look at his profile, he seems to put alot of time and energy in trying to help others.
No, I do not share his views and I am of another religion....I am basing my opinion on what I have seen.

I've seen him around here a bit. His answers seem totally biased and somewhat intolerant of others with different views. I just ignore him mostly.
