I have two.
Long John Silvers- You cannot eat the fish because they slip out of your hands, and it's about as much grease as you can get. The healthiest thing is disgusting cole slaw.

2- Applebee's- I have a food allergy, asked about things on the menu to determine what was safe to eat. The waitress got the manager who came out and told me she just didn't feel safe recommending anything and suggested next time I bring my own food. !?!?!?!?!?!
