You are looking for way too much to be answered here in YA. The old testament is full of prophecy regarding Jesus. You might make it easier by asking one prophesy at a time and seeking answers that way, especially since you want full explanations. Just a suggestion that might help you get the answers you search for in an easier way.

I give you one for starters

In Zechariah 9:9 written over 500 bc the prophet said the Messiah would enter Jerusalem on a donkey.

I believe Luke 19 records Jesus entering Jerusalem on a donkey.

There are many others, if you have a real interest pickup some books on the subject.

I am sorry I am sure there were several 100 my book does list the best known ones I will cheek it later but do not think you realy wont them just to be ignarent. to fullfill 20 or 40 makes it over 1000 to 1 he is the massiah but I myself have no doubts on who he is and know him .

lemme get this straight
you ask for an encyclodedia and then insist its typed by hand

the most comprehensive one is Is 53 which repeatedly says at least 7 times each tha The suffering servant would be rejected, suffer for sins, die and overcome death, making each point at least 7 times

the most specific ones woud be like the 70 weeks of Daniel which points to the messiah dying around 31ad

would you believe if I gave you it? probably not
Jesus answered every sincere question and not necessarily answeres the smoke screens

I'm far too lazy to do so, but for a fairly complete list, I'd recommend reading the Gospel of Matthew. He uses constant references to old testament prophets, particularly a lot from Isaiah, since he was writing for a Jewish audience.

Isaíah 61:1

This is the one that Jesus himself declared that spoke of Him

1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
because the LORD has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners, 2 to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the LORD
for the display of his splendor.

I'm not a religion major or scholar, but be my guest to read the bible and figure it out. Who knows you just might become a believer yourself.

"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me
one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times. "
-Micah 5:2
is fuffiled by Jesus being born in Bethlehem (Matthew 2:1-6)

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
-Isaiah 7:14
is fuffilled by Mary giving birth to Jesus eventhough she was a virgin (Luke 1:26-38)

I am poured out like water,
and all my bones are out of joint.
My heart has turned to wax;
it has melted away within me.

15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd,
and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth;
you lay me [a] in the dust of death.

16 Dogs have surrounded me;
a band of evil men has encircled me,
they have pierced [b] my hands and my feet.

17 I can count all my bones;
people stare and gloat over me.
-Psalm 22:14-17
is fuffilled by Jesus being crucified (Mark 15:20, 25)

But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities;
the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
and by his wounds we are healed.

6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to his own way;
and the LORD has laid on him
the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed and afflicted,
yet he did not open his mouth;
he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
and as a sheep before her shearers is silent,
so he did not open his mouth.

8 By oppression [a] and judgment he was taken away.
And who can speak of his descendants?
For he was cut off from the land of the living;
for the transgression of my people he was stricken. [b]

9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death,
though he had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it was the LORD's will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the LORD makes [c] his life a guilt offering,
he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.

11 After the suffering of his soul,
he will see the light of life [d] and be satisfied [e] ;
by his knowledge [f] my righteous servant will justify many,
and he will bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, [g]
and he will divide the spoils with the strong, [h]
because he poured out his life unto death,
and was numbered with the transgressors.
For he bore the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.
-Isaiah 53:5-12 is fufilled by Jesus dying for all of our sins (John 1:29; 11:49-52)

Those are all the Old Testament prophocies regarding the Messiah, and Jesus fufills all of them.
