I like Frosted Flakes, Peanut Butter Crunch, Cookie Crisp, and the Coco-puffs in the BAG (why are the ones in the bag so much better?) a lot, but I realize they are not good for me, so I keep coming back to the happy medium, Honey-Nut Cheerios.

15 years ago, when I went on my senior beach trip, a friend who had never been allowed to eat sugared cereals, filled up the shopping cart with them and ate them the whole time he was at the beach.

He's living large now, so I'm not sure it's a good thing to deprive children from sugared cereal...so, EAT UP!

Sorry for the commentary!

Sugar Puffs, or Emmerdale!
But not Cornflakes or Coronation Street because they are boring!
