Yes, it will. They have a new birth control pill call Seasonal that you take continuously like this & only come off of it every 3 months so you only have a period 4 times a year! How great is that!?!

that sucks..i don't understand.. may be you should bypass with out the pill for a month and see if some thing variations? i'd bypass with Maple Leaf's answer, ask a pharmacist or your gynecologist i have been on the pill Yasmin for 5 years instantly (I actual ought to for health causes) and that i have not experienced any detrimental consequences, i have been to quite a few gynecologists and that i have been informed it became the pill with the bottom dose and the least detrimental consequences. its meant to be an truly good determination for females who journey detrimental consequences from different oral contraceptives because it includes drospirenone, in spite of it is lol. better to ask your health care specialist in spite of the indisputable fact that desire u get better!

Yes, I know you can on the normal pill (not sure about mini pill)
Read one of the leaflets you get in the pill box or have a chat to your family planning/doctor to put your mind at rest.
I changed my pill because it didn't stop me having a period so it might be worth trying it before hand to see if it works.

Yes it will still protect you - I've done that plenty of times with no problems. But you have to be extra-vigilant in making sure you take it at the same time every day otherwise you may get breakthrough bleeding.

Yes it will still protect you, I used to run two packs together all the time; just make sure you try and take it at the same time every day as you're more likely to get breakthrough bleeing otherwise.

Don't ask your friend, don't ask on here; just phone your gp or the family planning clinic and ask them. They need to know the name of the pill you're taking. They should have explained this to you when they gave it to you, not left you to guess!
