Few martial artists reach 10th-degree black belt, it's extremely rare but Keith Yates cetainly did.

I have a second degree but not 10th. That's like really good if they have a 10th degree blackbelt though.

A belt is a piece of cloth. It's not a really good measure of skill because it's too easy for someone to decide that he's a 10th degree black belt for marketing purposes.
