I'm not sure Christians will appreciate your inference that there is 'something wrong' with God.
Most religious people of any monotheistic faith (Jewish, Christian, Muslim) prefer to think that God is perfect, omniscient, and infallible.
The reference to the virgin Mary is a mistranslation. The Greek word for 'virgin' simply refers to a young woman, despite her sexual condition...

Mormons apparently are taught that 'God' had sexual intercourse with Mary.

Btw, the messiah according to Judaism was not supposed to have been the product of a virgin birth. The messiah was supposed to have been a human being, born of human parents.
"The Christian idea of a virgin birth is derived from the verse in Isaiah 7:14 describing an "alma" as giving birth. The word "alma" has always meant a young woman, but Christian theologians came centuries later and translated it as "virgin." This accords Jesus' birth with the first century pagan idea of mortals being impregnated by gods."

She gave birth to a prophet, not the son of God. The baby was a gift from God and doesn't look like God.

nope
God begat Jesus by his power, not by some nefarious act
Jesus by the way was divine before Bethlemeh and was the son of God from eternity, Jesus was divine already and took on an addiitonal human nature at Bethlehem to b both fully God and fully man, butan unfallen man
We can be Sons of God by adoption through Jesus, Glorifying God leaning on the work of Jesus on the cross
