This is saying the everyone has to come from Heaven, unto the flesh, and when you die you go back to Heaven. Even Jesus.
And yes, God can be any were at the same time.

Of course no man can come from heaven except he that came dowm from heaven,even the Son of man which is in heaven.
You and I both know Jesus can be anywhere he wants to be.

Nope. John 3:17 - "God sent forth his son into the world." These are two seperate entities. Jesus was not God and did not ask to be worshipped as such.
