If your girl were cheating on you would your friends tell you? Are they being good friends if they do not tell you the truth? Are you certain? Know what you are getting into and tread carefully. I know my friends damn well better take better care of me if I had a woman who was unfaithful and tell me the truth.

Go to him and tell him what you think. If you tell her, then it could come back to bite you. She could turn on you and say you are trying to start trouble. Even though I believe she has a right to know. Be careful when you are interfering with someone else's life.

he is risking her health she has a right to know. she deserves to know the truth. the problem is if she knows and is in denial she might hold it against you and try to twist it into you trying to get her for yourself and cut off the friendship.
but once she faces the truth she will forgive you.

don't let your guys know you told. if you care about your peoples let her know. if your broad was skizzin on you and she knew you'd be heated b/c she didn't say.
be a friend and tell her. or you could wait until you spot him again take a phone pic and send it to her, or call her and tell her where to go and let her catch him herself.....
