You are definitely confident that he wants you? Then you just have to seduce him...you can start by something subtle like touching his hand and see what happens....if he doesnt pull away then move closer maybe touch his shirt or chest, if he still doesn't pull away then it's time to give him a kiss. If he really likes you then he's just nervous that he will mess it up....just go for it! Life is too short!

Guys never make the first move, even though they think they do. It always starts with a smile, flirty comment, or touch from the female so why not try all three. Nothing too full-on, just keep it friendly and light, enough to show him he has the green light to make the next move.
Here's a great way to swap numbers: hide your phone then claim you've lost it. Ask him to miss-call you so you can find it again and hey presto you've got each others number. He might see through it but so what as long as he plays along. Just make sure you've actually memorised your number beforehand! The amount of times I've used this one successfully :-)
You can then play the bimbo and follow it up the next day with an air-headed text or call saying 'Who is this? I missed your call yesterday but I don't recognise the number.' Then play the whole 'oh it's you, silly me I forgot- how are you anyway?' Obvious? Yes. Works? Most definitely!!

My first girlfriend grabbed my hand and said "What are you waiting for?" and then just smiled and kind of leaned towards me. It worked very well.
