It really depends on what you want to do and what room you have in your budget. You can have M&M's customized (including with your wedding colors) http://www.m-ms.com/ , you can items engraved http://stores.ebay.com/Aphrodites-Creations , you can even design your own http://www.michaels.com and you can combine all three!

Good luck

Make your own...I made my own by using plastic spoons, Hershey's hugs and kisses, some netting, ribbon, and those little fake wedding rings (in either silver or gold) and then I made tags on my computer...You can use colors based on the colors in your wedding party, or of the flowers for the wedding..but the tags read " a spoonful of hugs, and a couple of kisses, Today, (insert his name here) and (your name here) became Mr. and Mrs. Everyone thought it was a great idea, and of course most people love Hershey kisses. And it did not cost much at all. I went to the craft stores and found most of the supplies at a discounted rate.

Another way you can go is to find a place (not exactly sure where) that has the small bottles of wine that you may like, and get special labels printed up on them with your names and the wedding date...my sister in law did that and spent about $2.00 a bottle...

I'm getting married in one week, and for our favors we got personalized bookmarks made. . But I also wanted to do another one... so I got white tulle, dinner mints, and the color of ribbon you are using.. Then I made little business card size paper pieces that say:
"Mint To Be Together"
BOB & JO

also... a lot of bakeries will make monogram cookies for you.

We are having them at my wedding. It was something like $9 bucks a dozen! They will do any color with your new initial on them. Really cute and really cheap. Plus if you get them from a good bakery the cookies will be yummy for your guests!

Ebay...its fabulous...they have the EXACT same favors as the magazines but you can buy them in bulk. For example I found placecard holders in a mag that I wanted and they were $1.25 each...I bought a lot of 75 of the same holders that were brand new for $9.99.

You could always make your own. i think it would be the cheapest route. I made my own, and they came out really cute. I took little hersey bars, and made my own wrappers with our name and wedding date on them, and re-wrapped the outside layer of the hersey bar. They turned out really cute. There are sooo many things you could make for cheap!!
