would I get assistant if I want set an agency to help poor people in rural communities?

Shut up with this stupidity.
Who's freaking taxes do you think is normally paying for all these social services for the poor? Sure, there are donations, but for the most part, it's from taxes. People who are most wealthy pay much, much more in taxes than you will ever know.

The rich don't help the poor because they're too selfish to think about the needs of others. They SAY they want to go back to their communities and give back, but they feel as though their efforts wouldn't be appreciated and therefore choose not to give back and help others rise.
As far as I'm concerned, rich people would rather save the Amazon rain forests than delousing the closets in their own bedrooms. The "Street Angel/ House Devil" syndrome is alive and well in the USA. Rich people would rather be kind to citizens of other countries than help to improve situations in their own country.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Do you have any concept of the taxes that the wealthy are responsible to pay? There are ENOUGH agencies helping out the 'poor'. Get a f**king job, stop having children if you can't afford to have them, and stop running around with your hand out. I'm sick to death of financing a lifestyle for someone who is nothing more than lazy, ignorant and looking for the easy way out!

The rich are rich because they worked for it. Or someone in the family did. Why do people think anyone has the right to dictate what they do with the money?

They have so much money they dont really care about anyone elses problems. I mean we stand in food line weekly and we have jobs, we just dont make enough money to eat on after all our bills are paid. Itd be nice if just one person would donate to my own PAYPAL account anything they have to offer to help me out tam1_2000@yahoo.com ANYTHING would help me out. It would be nice to just be able to buy a bag of sugar and a jar of instant tea to drink out in this heat, then again I'd have to buy a bag of ice to make it cold too. I can't win for loosing.
