Shut up with excercise and eat right that helped me none Only thing the did was get my blood pressure right and lower my chelorestal level my recomendation is to just find a group of friends do like a daily excersice with them and after excersizing just stand around and chat with your buddies after the workout try to stay away from the house (this is only good if you are not married yet and dont have kids.) but with this i would have so much fun it would remove food from my mind and i would have so much fun i would oftenly skip lunch without realizing it
