My brother was kicked out of the house when he was 16. He had no job and no money or a steady income of any kind. My mother lent him some money to rent an apartment, but the apartment ended up being a mess because he didn't have the money to keep it up. My mother would sneak him food behind my dad's back just to keep him in good health. My brother finished high school and got through one semester of college, though he didn't want to go in the first place. He then moved to California shortly after, got married and had his first kid when he was around 26. Now he is very successful working with a program called SAP and has his own business.

I wouldn't suggest that route. I suggest making sure you have a steady income and research the prices of rent and electricity and water and everything that goes into living on your own. Get a steady job and don't spend the money you earn on trivial things. Save it so that in case of an emergency or an unexpected payment, you can pay it.

If you can do that and you are at least 18, then I say go for it.

It depends on your age your state and your finanacial status. Even if you can be legally emancipated many if not all landlords refuse to rent to those under 18. On top of that, if you can get someone to rent to you, you will need money. probably over $1500 depending on where you live to cover 1st last and deposit. And you have to pay utilities and extra if you want a phone.
It's not a good idea. I tried it. I was 17 and it was REALLY hard to get an apartment even 3 months from my 18th birthday- and I had about $3000 saved and a steady 40 hours a week job....it's really hard. Stick it out.

Generally speaking the law prevents minors from entering in contracts, buy a home, car, borrowing money etc. However, the law also recognizes that at times a minor can competently separate themselves from their parents control. In common law this is called "emancipation" and in this state a minor has all the privileges and responsibilities of an adult. This is a start, you need to flesh out the details, but the law in its wisdom will allow a minor complete legal freedom.

how old r u? depends on ur age darling. If u r a teenager u cannot I guess but if u r an adult of course u can.. if u r old enough to decide and u just mean to live ur own life coz ur parents lived already their lifes.. then try to convince them that a nursing home is the best solution...

Leaving one's parents when old enough is not a real leaving so much as it is an extension. Certainly you should take them with you in spirit and maintain a close correspondence. They gave you roots in order to strengthen your wings. You should fly when ready, just like the baby wren in the bird's nest.

if you are willing and able to live on your own. if you can take care of yourself and if you are working. if you are dependant, can stand on your own. if you can rely on your own, then yes it is time to move on from your parents. if you under 18, then you cant but legally at 18, yes you can move out of your parents.

If you are old enough and can support yourself without help I say go for it. Maybe your parents are kicking you out?

I could not yet.
If you can do it in a way that you can ask for their help when you need. Do not close the door of a room you pass..
