Can you give my advice on how to get a bra? If you can then that would be great! Everyone teases me for not having one! Please can you give me advice on how to break it down to my mother?!

This is what I did when I was in the same situation:
I told my mom that I was going to hang out with a friend.
My friend's mom took us to the mall
because that's what we said we wanted to do for fun.
Then we went to victoria secret
to get me sized for a bra (it's free).
I spent some of my allowance money on my first bra there.
Most of there ras are expensive
but if you go to the PINK line,
which is made especially for girls our age,
it's not as expensive.
Plus they're really cute! :)
If you still can't buy that,
try one of the department stores
or even target/walmart.
(As long as you get fitted for a bra
and know what size you are, you can go anywhere.)
Then before your mom picks you up from your friend's house, put the bra on and get rid of the bag.
If you don't wear tight shirts
(or if you layer your shirt with a cute coat or something),
it will take your mom at least a month to catch on.
By that time, you've worn the bra enough times
that she can't make you take it back :)
It's kind of sneaky,
but maybe once you have a bra
she can accept the fact that you're ready for one.

Thats hard, but next time you happen to be shopping anywhere that has a bra dept just go in and start looking around, even if ur only at walmart. Then she'll notice that its something your thinking about. Hopefully then she'll ask you if u want to get one. If not just ask her simple questions about it. Like "Mom, how do you know what size bra to get?" And then if that still doesn't get you anywhere just ask her to take you to get a bra or get fitted.

I would come right out and ask her to take you to get one. Just say mom I think it is time to get a bra. My niece wanted one while her mom and I was at the store with her and Debbie asked me what do you think? I told her that even since she wasn't really starting to develop it wouldn't hurt to get her a sports bra. So I picked out a couple for my niece to try. Peaked in when she had one on and told her how to tell if it was the right size. I think your mom will understand and take you to get one.

Here is the easiest thing you can do....
The next time you go to the mall, go to Victoria's Secret.
Ask a clerk if you can be "fitted for a bra".
They will take your measurements and tell you what size you need.
Then go find the style you want with the correct size.
That's it!

"Mom, I need you to take me shopping for a bra". If you can't say it, write her a note and hand it to her. If she doesn't take you, go to a department store and go to the Intimates section. Tell the clerk you need a bra. They will be very helpful and discreet. They can explain how to decide what size you need for band and cup.

Well, you can tell her that you've been getting teased at school and ask if she thinks you're ready for one.
Or...JCPenny's will usually do free bra fittings and help you find what size and styles are best for you, so if you have one nearby, then you could go there.

Surely she can tell that you need a bra. Just ask. You can't go braless forever, so she knows you will need one eventually. It's not going to be a shock or anything.
Otherwise, save your money and go buy one.

hun, you need to break down and let your mother take you. i used to feel that way towards my mom too and i just had to get over it. without a car i really had no way to get to the store to get anything that i needed. shes your mom, she had you! your her baby, just give in, she will most surely understand.

how old r u?? do u have boobies yet? cz she should be getting u some if u do. go shopping together and raise the question about getting those sporty ones. they're ok for kids and nothing's embarassing in them
