In the Continental US the best Business Class is without a doubt Continental Airlines. But I have to agree that Japan Airlines is the best I have used overseas.

emirates may also have a good business class since they're ranked # 1 in airlines lol

i don't know about business class, but the best airline i've ever travelled on economy was emirates, so going by that i'm guessing they may also have the best business class.
