Chav is a term we use here in the uk.
From the Wikipedia: Chav (pronunciation: [tʃæv]) (also Chavette (female chav), Charv or Charva) is a slang term in wide use throughout the United Kingdom since 2004. It refers to a subcultural stereotype of a person with fashions such as flashy "bling" jewellery, Burberry clothing items and counterfeit designer clothing; an uneducated and uncultured background; a tendency to congregate around places such as fast-food outlets, bus stops, or other shopping areas; and a culture of antisocial behaviour and violence. Chavs often listen to dance/trance, RnB, rap, drum and bass and hip hop music.

No only joking, chavs with their disgusting fashion sense personally make me sick, however some girls seem to find the male chavs attractive, maybe it's the false perception that they are strong and hard!

OMG YES!... They are the freaking scum of the Earth!! Ugh, it makes me want to puke just thinking about them... In their lacoste tracksuits, and their golden chains (which they probably stole off a little kid or an old granny) Britain would be so much better without them hanging about on street corners discussing when they're next shift at McDonald's is going to be... And their achievement stories of how they stole a pack of cigarettes from their Mom while she was drunk... Seriously... They are really unattractive!!

Well... if it is someone who is rude and not nice then i would start noticing his chubbiness but if it's a really nice, funny, friendly person then i wouldn't even notice it... indeed i would start loving it if i fall in love with the person.
My current boyfriend was chubby when he was 16 or so, and he was embarrassed about showing me the pics because now he's 100% skinny but when i saw the pics i was sooo in love with the little cute boy there, i wanted to play with his cheeks and kiss them. So... in that case i wasn't even thinking "oh god he's fat", actually nothing like that passed through my mind, just the image of my baby looking so young and cute. Like some people say MORE TO LOVE! But if the person is not nice, then it's MORE TO HATE!
