a combination of zinc and vitamin B6 has proved to be really good for healthy hair growth... bu you will have to take it for at least a couple of months to see improvement...

try using herbal shampoos from a health store... because long term use of shampoos with even the most famous brands can be damaging for our hair....

massaging the scalp regularly can also help...

do you mean your hair is falling out? If so, it probably means you're about to suffer from male pattern baldness. Mine started thinning when I was about 25. Now I part my hair down the middle, and my part is about 4 inches wide. It could be worse - I went to college with a guy who had no hair on top of his head - only on the sides - and he was about 20 at the time.

You can try the Rogaine stuff, but I hear it's expensive, and you have to keep it up for the rest of your life. I think I'd hit the point where I'd say "forget it - it's not worth it."
