Is he staring at the blank wall as if something is there, although you can't see it? Animals have a sixth sence and is probably pickin up on a spirt or ghost in your home. Grab your digital and click a few pictures where your dog is staring at... u might get an apperation or some paranormal picture. That would be sweet.

I wonder the same about my dog sometimes........my guess is, that their mind is as blank as the wall they're staring at!
